1. About this agreement
These terms apply to WayEcho V1.5.2 and its official website. The service is provided by Xiaohao Zhang, with legal contact region Shanghai, China, and email support@yiluhuikan.me. Privacy is described in the Privacy Policy; these terms do not replace separate consent required by law.
2. Available features
You can search places, add and reorder route nodes, save/select/delete local routes, and view Simple 3D, Detailed 3D or the native Apple road map. Search requires pressing Search. Route lines and total great-circle distances are illustrative planning aids, not road directions, live navigation or proof of a visit. No account or subscription is required for these features.
The 747 is free. Active Pro members can select Train and Motorcycle under Model; resources download on demand. Playback loops through saved stops, with speed, size, line style and color controls. Maps, animations and models are illustrative; they do not represent actual roads, railways or flight paths. Choose Summary or Segments to create 720p portrait (720×1280) or landscape (1280×720) videos and automatically save them to Photos after authorization. Summary includes the whole route. Each segment contains a complete takeoff-to-landing flight between adjacent stops, without the ground turn or camera adjustment. Free exports include the “一路回看 · WayEcho” watermark; active Pro exports omit this app watermark. Required map and third-party attribution remains. Videos exclude app controls. Routes and videos are processed on-device. Road Map playback and export use native Apple maps.
Pro is a one-year auto-renewable subscription. While active, it provides video exports without the WayEcho app watermark and access to released additional Pro models. Required map and third-party attribution remains. Mainland China pricing is CNY 12 per year; eligible subscribers pay CNY 6 for the first year, then CNY 12 annually. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; the applicable renewal price is charged within 24 hours before expiry. Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel. Access normally continues through the paid period after cancellation; Apple subscription status determines the exact expiry. Expiry, refunds or revocation update access according to verified transactions; exported files are not remotely deleted. Restore with the purchasing Apple Account; restoring Pro does not sync local routes. Refund requests follow Apple procedures and applicable rules. Active Pro members can also export at 1440p (1440×2560 portrait or 2560×1440 landscape).
The following server-verification processing applies to V1.5.3 and later versions that enable it; existing versions retain their actual functionality. Starting or restoring Pro requires an internet connection for Apple and server verification. A cold App start requires online confirmation again. During the same running session, a previously verified offline authorization lasts at most 24 hours and never beyond the valid subscription period. Refunds, revocation or expiry remove the relevant rights after verification. Basic free features remain available without membership.
3. Your routes and intellectual property
You retain your rights in your own route names and other input. Local editing does not grant us permission to publish your routes. App code, branding, official resources and third-party maps remain with their respective owners. Downloading or viewing a resource does not permit resale, sublicensing or use outside its licence. Data sources and open-source notices are available in Settings → Maps and Privacy.
4. Responsible use
Do not infringe others’ rights, circumvent access controls, disrupt services or unlawfully collect data. Use the App with the legal capacity appropriate to your actions; minors require guidance and consent where applicable. Check place names, coordinates and distances yourself, and avoid including information you are not entitled to use.
5. Privacy and local data
Information handling follows the Privacy Policy and the Third-party Data Collection notice. Optional diagnostics require explicit consent; declining does not prevent core use. Routes are local and are not a developer-operated cloud backup. Keep any copies you need, and note that route deletion, resource cleanup, device backup and uninstall have different scopes.
Flight videos are rendered on your device and are not uploaded to us. Only when you explicitly save a generated video do we request add-only access to Apple Photos. We do not read your existing photos or videos. You can decline that permission; previewing flights still works.
6. Maps, availability and limitations
Apple provides native maps and online place search. Bundled 3D rendering and city data have their own sources and licences. Services may vary by network, region, system or device; map data and illustrative distances can be incomplete or inaccurate. They do not replace safe travel decisions. We will reasonably investigate faults; nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The parabolic aircraft animation is a visual illustration, not a real flight track, live aircraft position or flight-safety tool. Model availability, video rendering and saving depend on downloaded resources, compatible device capabilities, storage and required permission.
7. Changes and termination
We may reasonably update the service and terms, date changes and notify significant changes. Consent will be obtained separately where required. Necessary, proportionate restrictions may apply to unlawful use or security threats, with reasons and appeal channels where permitted. You can stop using or uninstall the App. Invalid provisions do not invalidate the remaining lawful terms.
8. Law, disputes and contact
Subject to mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable rights in your location, these terms are governed by mainland Chinese law. First seek resolution by email. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent people's court in Shanghai, China to the extent legally permitted. Mandatory jurisdiction rules prevail, and your rights to complain to local authorities or seek mandatory local remedies remain unaffected.
